RETURNS

I do not accept returns on custom sized jewelry. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their ring, neck, and wrist size. If you need assistance with this please contact me for advise or options of getting your fit just right. Most rings with gemstones cannot be resized. If there is a request for a return or exchange, I will consider it fairly on a case by case basis. Generally wide bands you should size up a half size to ensure it rests properly on the widest part of the knuckle. If you have extremely slender fingers than the upsize may not be necessary.

JEWELRY CARE

Expedited tarnish can be prevented by avoiding contact with lotions, perfumes, and beauty products. It is recommended that your jewelry is removed before showering & sleeping. Avoid harsh chemicals & cleaning agents. This includes tarnish removing products which will remove the outer layer of metal. A good general rule of thumb with jewelry is, last thing on while dressing for the day and first thing off before bed. Layering delicate necklaces can also contribute to tangling and breakage. Occasionally polishing with a soft anti-tarnish cloth and washing with a gentle dish soap with help keep your jewelry bright & shiny.

925 sterling silver & 14k gold, even though precious metals, can still tarnish due to the alloys of brass & copper, which are added to make the metals extra durable. Varying body chemistry & the release of sulfites through sweat can contribute to the oxidation process. Removing jewelry before working out is recommended. Skin allergies & sensitives are also possible due to any of these metals and their alloys. If you have any questions regarding metal content please contact me for additional information.
